| Headteacher Training Programme (New and recently appointed headteachers) | 6 days | 2018/19 TBC | £1995 | Headteacher Training Programme - for New/Newly Appointed Headteachers – Facilitated by Roy Halford (Chief Executive of the Rowan Learning Trust and a National Leader of Education {NLE}), Michael Gaskill (Local Leader of Education (LLE) and headteacher at Marus Bridge Primary School), Yvonne Brown (Executive Head of Tyldesley Primary School and Chief Executive of Leading Learners Multi Academy Trust) and Jo McGoran (Head of Hawkley Hall High School since 2014 and Head of Teaching School). With six full day sessions delivered over two terms, to include - Professional Influence/Values and Vision, Moral Leadership and Leadership Styles, Teaching & Learning, School Improvement, Distributed Leadership and Facing the Future.
