To start your new career you could get a tax free bursary of up to £26,000 to train as a teacher

There’s a wide range of funding available to support your teaching career.  Depending on the subject you want to teach, you could receive a generous bursary or scholarship. Alternatively, you could earn a salary while you train. As a computing, language or science teacher, you could benefit from the Teachers’ Student Loan Reimbursement Scheme, depending on location.
