Hawkley Hall High School places high quality learning for all at the core of its ethos, in order to create a true learning community. With this in mind, the professional learning and development of all staff has been a key priority. Through our commitment to the learning and development of all staff, experience has shown that, not only does this approach drive school improvement but it also has the desired effect of supporting the effective recruitment, retention, wellbeing of staff.
As a true learning community, Hawkley Hall High School has become expert at designing, delivering and also sourcing excellent training opportunities to support the ongoing professional journey of staff. Over the years these valuable skills have also been deployed to support colleagues from other schools and we now have an excellent reputation for providing high quality training and development for colleagues across local and regional school networks
We are also able to design bespoke training packages for individual schools as well as providing training courses and programmes here at Hawkley in our excellent, modern purpose built training suite.
