Support is completely tailored to your school’s needs. Once a request has been made we would identify a SLE with specific expertise who can be ‘deployed’ into your school to provide support. This support will vary depending on the identified needs but typically involves coaching and mentoring individuals or small groups and working alongside you to put strategies and systems in place to address you school improvement priority. We also have experience delivering INSET, CPD and training within schools which can involve whole school staff training.
